At On Repeat, we want you to love the products you buy! If something's not quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your DIY Lash Clusters for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, unopened and sealed
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on lash products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and an address to ship your item to
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [X] business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within [X] days of delivery at [your support email] with a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return necessary.
